I received a notification that Parent Booster USA is transitioning
away from the PBUSA Briefcase. What does that mean?
PBUSA is transitioning to a member benefit program that
offers several options in accounting software in addition to
Treasurer's Briefcase. PBUSA members may continue to use the Briefcase
document storage and accounting software at discounted PBUSA member rates by setting up an
account directly with Treasurer’s Briefcase. For more information regarding all PBUSA member
benefits please contact Parent Booster USA.

Can I subscribe to Treasurer’s Briefcase?
Yes. Treasurer’s Briefcase is offering PBUSA members a one time
opportunity to lock in their subscription rate at $59.95/year (normally $179.95/year).

Does that mean my rate will never change?
No, however, charter members of the PBUSA
Briefcase program will ALWAYS receive the Budget rate
(currently $59.95) but receive all of the benefits of our Premium
plan.

How can I subscribe?
If you've activated your PBUSA Briefcase,
you will receive an email when the subscription enrollment period
opens. You will have until September 15th, to lock in your
$59.95/year rate. Follow the link in the email and you'll be able to pay for your
Treasurer's Briefcase subscription. Your account on the PBUSA Briefcase site will then be
transferred to Treasurer's Briefcase and your old login will be
disabled.

Will all of my data including my documents by accessible on
Treasurer’s Briefcase?
Yes, if you subscribe by September 15th, all of your data will be
transferred to your new account on the Treasurer’s Briefcase site.

Will I have the same functionality on the new
site?
Yes, in fact the new site contains many new features including
better member management, check printing, an expense approval workflow
and the ability for your club to accept payments for dues, events and other situations.

When will the PBUSA Briefcase site be shut down?
September 30th will be the last day the software
will available to PBUSA subscribers through the
http://pbusa.treasurersbriefcase.com URL.

What will happen to my data if I do not subscribe to Treasurer’s
Briefcase?
After September 30th, 2015 all data for nonsubscribing members
will be removed from the system.

Can I export my data to another accounting
system?
There is no export available for specific accounting packages,
however you can generate an activity report that will contain all of
your data. Select a date range inclusive of all of your data and download
the report as an Excel spreadsheet. You may be able to work with your
new provider to import that data.

How can I export my documents from Treasurer’s
Briefcase?
You must download each document to a local
storage device. Simply click on the document that you wish to download
and it will download automatially.
